Continuous Improvement Team Lead

Under the direction of VP- Operations, the Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement activities using lean manufacturing principles in support of meeting financial, business and leadership development goals. These activities will vary from lean training, leading kaizen events, executing value stream processes, and project management.

Key responsibilities – other duties may be assigned:
- Drive and execute lean initiatives for the plant including value stream processes, kaizen events, TPM, 5S, visual factory, SMED, Kanban, and other lean tools and principles.
- Link Lean activities to the business objectives and developing a site transformation plan in collaboration with the site management team.
- Drive process improvement efforts through Kaizen activities, Value stream Mapping, SMED and Six Sigma projects in an effort to impact the customer and business metrics and create processes and metrics to track the performance of lean activities and ensure sustainability
- Assist in project identification/ selection, assuring linkage between projects and business and customer priorities
- Implement pull processes between manufacturing processes and the supply chain. Ensure sustainability and improvement to inventory turns
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, metrics, and control plans for the key manufacturing processes
- Train and coach process owners, process improvement leaders, and project teams in the use of improvement tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Acts as change agent to instill Lean culture throughout the plant
- Support projects such as reducing operating costs through cost reduction, improved process control, machine reliability, machine set-up times and introducing new products and processes

Skills and Qualifications:
- BS, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Strong change management skills and experience.
- Participation in transformational experiences where Lean was used as part of the catalyst and foundation for the change.
- Proven success designing and meeting KPI goals, including reducing supply chain costs, improving through-put, shortening cycle time, and improving inventory turns
- This role will require a high level of energy, creating thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- APICS certification (CPIM or CFPIM) will be plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Estimator will track incoming inquiries will respond to ITB's from general contractors, while working closely with our sales team
- Respond to Invitations to Bid from general contractors
- Go through specifications and plans to down our scope of work
- Provide estimate and quotes for the sales team
- Works closely with our sales team, engineering department, and purchasing
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- Ability to understand construction documents (floor plans, elevations, ID drawings, finish schedule, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree - Architectural related field
- Exceptional attention to detail

Maintenance Service Technician

The Maintenance Service Technician have the opportunity to address and respond to the client/tenants and management service needs and are instrumental in maintaining the facility operations at Hollman Office and Business Center.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform preventive and repair maintenance monthly or quarterly
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of client/tenants and management requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare office spaces/suites for rent by performing various repairs in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, and building interior/exteriors
- Provide direct support to the Maintenance Service Team and Management
- Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Business Manager
- Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- Two to five years of experience in an Facility Maintenance / Service Technician environment or other corresponding experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraint
- Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
- Must be available to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Product Development Engineer

Due to continued success and expansion into new markets and technologies, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer. As part of the Product Development team, perform one or more of the following duties as assigned by a Product Development Manager or Team Lead to support the team’s goals. The successful candidate will be a team member first and foremost, but also have the ability to produce individual results.

Project Engineer

As a project engineer at Hollman Lockers, you will provide shop drawings/submittals for contracted projects. You will need to represent the Hollman brand, and must be a team player that thrives in an analytical, fast paced atmosphere where details and accuracy are a must. Job Responsibilities:
- Review sales order and construction documents and any back up from sales
- Manage, train and check drafters for accuracy and timing on all assigned projects
- Provide shop drawings/submittals for contracted projects to meet the shipping schedule
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with architects and general contractors
- Coordinate change quotes and drawing revisions as needed
- Manage the ordering of any custom material as approved by the architect in order to meet the production /delivery schedule
- Maintain/ update CAD library of standard drawings as needed
- Manage and prioritize work based on ship schedule
- Report any issues and inaccuracies within Microvellum for improving efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years relevant experience

Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detailed individual to join our fast-growing Locker Division. The Project Manager will work as lead for the planning and implementation of multiple locker projects, managing development and execution, while providing direction and support to project team. Sales CAD Drafter

As a drafter at Hollman Lockers within the sales team, you will complete shop drawings and modify existing layout, submittal and elevation drawings using CAD and as assigned by the sales team. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit accurate drawings, layouts and elevations to the sales team /customers in a timely manner to assist sales targets.
- Verify quotes and drawings for accuracy
- Document organize and maintain project information
- Follow drafting schedule and adapt to any changes promptly.
- Work with sense of urgency
- Communicate with sales and engineering teams
- Must take initiative in learning about Hollman products and incorporate them into current work.
- Troubleshooting any design issues
- Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- College Degree, mechanical engineering preferred

Shipping/ Project Coordinator

As a Shipping/ Project Coordinator for Hollman Lockers, you will use your top-notch customer service skills to work with customers on shipping, delivery and warranty of all Hollman products. You will be expected to represent the Hollman Brand and have strong communication and team building skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers to confirm delivery needs and shipping information, including change quotes for additional freight to palletized or trans load
- Receiving and entering customer delivery information into U-Factory ERP System
- Keep all folders organized
- Save packing list into U-factory ERP System after shipped
- Customer service with shipping or complaints, including creating warranty Organizing Department FedEx Shipments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
