Sales Consultant

We are looking for a B2B sales professional who is outgoing, energetic and self-driven to join our fast-growing Company.

Job Description:
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries
- Engage in consultative type sales approach with potential clients to provide the best product
- Participate in industry tradeshows

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of estimating.
- Understand construction documents (floor plans, elevations, ID drawings, finish schedule, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:
- Sales/ account management relevant experience
- Customer service relevant experience

Required Skills:
- BA/BS Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and organization

Project Engineer

Job Description:
- Provide shop drawings/submittals for contracted projects
- Review sales order and construction documents 
- Download drawings and specification from ftp links 
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with architects and general contractors
- Call and follow up on shop drawings/ submittal in a timely manner
- Coordinate change quotes and drawing revisions as needed
- Keep projects on track with construction schedule
- Maintain/ update CAD library of standard drawings as needed

Job Requirements:
- Understand construction documents (floor plans, elevations, ID drawings, finish schedule, etc.)
- Auto-CAD
- Advanced Microvellum/ AutoCAD/ Solid Works or 3D design software knowledge
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience

CAD Architectural Drafter/Operator

Job Description:
- Complete shop drawings using CAD assigned by Project Engineers

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree
- Knowledge of Commonly used Construction Documents (floor plans, elevations)
- AutoCAD
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- *Microvellum and/or Solid Works knowledge is a plus, not required.

Buyer

The Buyer is responsible for planning, forecasting, product buys, PO receipt management and vendor/supplier maintenance. This position will help originate and manage vendor profiles and contracts working directly with sales, customer service, project management, and operations.
 

Job Description:
- Reviews and places order for goods and services
- Complete take-offs as required
- Maintains procurement records such as purchase orders of materials/goods purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories
- Contacts vendors to negotiate prices and monitors delivery schedules and expedites delivery of priority items
- Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships
- Maintains accurate information on alternative vendors and items purchased
- Keeps abreast of market conditions and price changes
- Works closely with other departments or groups under minimal supervision
- Manage Item set up and maintenance
- Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase or bid
- Ensure shipping and timeline compliance from supplier partners
- Work with inventory and warehouse teams to help maintain stocked inventory and seamless transition of goods
- Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Manage inventory levels to protect company from backorders as well as excess surplus liability

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience

The Estimator will track incoming inquiries will respond to ITB's from general contractors, while working closely with our sales team.

- Respond to Invitations to Bid from general contractors
- Go through specifications and plans to down our scope of work
- Provide estimate and quotes for the sales team
- Works closely with our sales team, engineering department, and purchasing

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Architectural related field
- Understand construction documents (floor plans, elevations, ID drawings, finish schedule, etc.)
