TRAVIS HOLLMAN, CEO/PRESIDENT
Travis Hollman has been a serial “funpreneur,” businessman, innovator, and philanthropist for more than 20 years. Currently, Travis serves as President and CEO of Hollman Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of sports, fitness, and office lockers. Hollman’s leading-edge locker and workspace solutions can be found in the locker rooms of the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints, the Dallas Mavericks, The New York Times, and the J.P. Morgan Chase Park Avenue offices.
Long before taking over the family business in 2011, Travis’s products and projects earned recognition on national television and in publications such as Good Morning America, The Today Show, ABC News, USA Today, and Fortune magazine. His success and experience extend into traditional retail environments and channels, with partnerships at Amazon, Walmart, Target, Toys “R” Us, 7-Eleven, and more. Travis takes fun seriously, bringing big ideas and innovation to market.
Travis’s startup ventures include the award-winning Marshmallow Fun Company, the creator of marshmallow guns for all ages, and Vacation in a Bottle (VIB), the first relaxation drink in the United States that you could find in the hands of A-list celebrities as well as mom’s pantry. In addition, Travis has had a successful track record in Hollywood as co-executive producer of MTV’s popular show, Bully Beatdown, a Mark Burnett Production. He also produced the movie Rain, starring legendary actress Faye Dunaway.
Following his entrepreneurial ventures, Travis took the helm of the family business. Founded in 1976 by Travis’ father Joe Hollman, Hollman Inc. has always been viewed as an industry pioneer, a tradition that Travis intends to continue. Hollman’s innovative solutions can be found in notable organizations in the athletic, fitness, and corporate workspace arena, from the celebrated Chicago Cubs to trendsetting fitness clubs such as SoulCycle and the corporate offices of Goldman Sachs and Apple. Hollman is also the preferred partner of top private clubs and resorts, including 27 of the 36 major U.S. PGA courses.
In his time as president and CEO, Travis has grown the company to eight times its original size and introduced several new product lines, earning the coveted Locker Firm of the Year in 2016 and 2017. He attributes his success to the team he has surrounded himself with, as well as a continual drive to improve. While many of his early business ventures were successful, Travis has found that building foundations and focusing on continual success–rather than big flashes of success–is more fulfilling.
Throughout the years, Travis has been heavily involved with local charities, sitting on the Board of Directors for The Family Place, an organization that works to support victims of domestic violence. He and his wife, Stephanie Hollman, have been actively involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters for almost ten years and were honored with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Persons of the Year Award in 2017.

Sue Hwang, Executive Vice President
Sue Hwang began her tenure at Hollman, Inc. in 1994 as a Project Coordinator. Hwang met founder Joe Hollman just after she graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in business administration and concentration in marketing. She impressed Hollman with her sales skills in her first job at NCR Corporation and was later promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales, then Vice President. Hwang was promoted to the role of Executive Vice President in 2015 and currently oversees sales, marketing, and project management.
Hwang’s professional specialties include identifying and developing new markets, anticipating and adapting to trends, advising customers on ideal solutions, and developing fresh verticals. Under her leadership, Hollman has expanded markets from fitness clients to a full range of athletics, workspace, and specialty lockers. She takes pride in knowing the work inside and out.
Hwang is a regular volunteer at her church and is passionate about physical fitness. She enjoys spending time with her husband, an attorney, and four children.
Pierce Autry, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Pierce Autry has been the Chief Financial Officer at Hollman, Inc. since the fall of 2017. Prior to joining Hollman, Pierce worked with the transaction advisory group of Alvarez & Marsal in Nashville, Tenn., where he provided transaction related financial due diligence services for private equity, strategic, and target company clients. From 2012 to 2017, Pierce worked for EY. He started with the assurance services group, where he focused on financial statement audits for both domestic and international companies. He then worked with the transaction advisory services group, advising clients through divestments in the diversified industrial products, life sciences, and software industries. During his time with EY, Pierce earned the firm’s highest employee rating every year.
Pierce earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Catawba College, where he was awarded a full academic scholarship. He then earned a Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Enterprise Risk Management from North Carolina State University. Pierce is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the states of North Carolina and Texas, as well as a member of the AICPA.
Pierce and his wife Courtney had their first child during the Spring of 2018. When not in the office, Pierce enjoys spending time with his family and two golden retrievers. Pierce is an avid scuba diver and is looking forward to teaching his son to swim and eventually getting him out diving in a few years.
CHARLES (CHIP) Kleiman, Vice President of Operations
Charles “Chip” Kleiman joined Hollman, Inc. as Vice President of Operations in the summer of 2017. He now oversees project management, planning and scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and enterprise resource management systems. Kleiman has led effective lean manufacturing transformation by utilizing 5s, Gemba, and other improvement approaches that have significantly improved key performance indicators.
Kleiman’s specialties include materials management, distribution, purchasing, operations, and product management. He has worked in a diverse array of industries, including consumer products manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and information technology. In his tenure at companies ranging from manufacturing startups to Fortune 500 companies, Kleiman has proven his ability to improve operations, drive business growth, and maximize profits by streamlining enterprise resource management, operations management, cost reduction, internal controls, productivity, and efficiency improvement.
Kleiman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and college sweetheart, Lou Ann, and their two grown children, Otto and Jenna. He loves fine dining and wine, and has an infamous sweet tooth.
Wendy Miles-Brower, Vice President of Marketing
Wendy Miles Brower joined Hollman, Inc. in January 2017 to fill a newly created role. She currently leads brand marketing and sales enablement as well as develops a purposeful, culture driven mission for the organization as a whole. Wendy has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and branding for high profile clients, including Pepsi-Cola, Lipton Ice Tea, Miller Beer, Pizza Hut, T-Moible, and Taco Bell. Her specialties include shaping and defining the brand voice against sales growth, expanding thought leadership for increased brand equity, leading client partnerships, and managing high performing teams in collaborative, fast paced environments.
Prior to joining Hollman, Wendy was a Group Account Director for The Integer Group, where she activated national brand and consumer initiatives for Miller/Coors that delivered against volume, profit, and share goals. She also drove program development and regional activation for Miller Lite and Coors Light’s regional sponsorships, including the Dallas Cowboys, the Dallas Mavericks, Austin City Limits, and the University of Texas Longhorns. Wendy has also worked with FedEx, Vacation in a Bottle, TracyLocke, Pierce Promotions, and The Walt Disney Company.
Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and was an M-Award Recipient. She is married to her college sweet heart, Charles, is an avid Francophile, is an architectural preservationist, and believes that “Paris is always a good idea. “
